Our embedded widgets offer a pop-out option so that a patron can open the chat in a separate browser window while they browse your LibGuides pages. Since the patron clicks to get the pop-up, pop-up blockers will not block this window.
You can even show two or more LibraryH3lp widgets on the same LibGuides page! So if you have many librarians or departments, you can have as many widgets as it takes.
