LibraryH3lp was originally developed to support an after-hours chat and IM collaborative service between Duke, NCSU, and UNC-Chapel Hill. Now, LibraryH3lp has been adopted by over 600 libraries and non-profits.
LibraryH3lp & My Customer Cloud are products of Nub Games, a small software company headed by Eric Sessoms. Eric is the chief software architect and President. Amy Shelton joined Nub Games in 2011 as CTO, working on both development and technical support. Pam Sessoms started full-time work on LibraryH3lp in January 2012 as technical support guru. Pam was a librarian at UNC-Chapel Hill for many years, working with virtual reference services. Mike McCarty joined the team in 2013 as a developer.
