You can choose from a variety of different widget types, including widgets you can embed directly in a page (shown below), widgets that float above a page (like the one you'll see if you click the "click to chat" tab at the bottom right of this page), & widgets that pop-out from the page. There is also a mobile website chat widget, optimized specifically for mobile devices.
