LibraryH3lp first appeared in 2008, starting out as software to support an after-hours chat and instant messaging virtual reference collaboration. Today LibraryH3lp is the premier online customer service software platform used daily by hundreds of libraries, non-profits, and educators.

LibraryH3lp is made with love by Nub Games, a small software company headed by Eric Sessoms. Eric is our chief software architect and President. Amy Shelton is our CIO, working on both development and technical support. Pam Sessoms is our resident librarian and an expert in successful virtual reference services.
